Vegetarianism

Vegetarianism is a wonderful practice. People turn vegetarian for many different reasons.I think that the most important is for moral reasons ( they love animals and don't agree with farming practices) or for the fact that people  may concern about  the environment and the amount of resources used to prepare meat products. I think that this idea is amazing. I'm sharing this with you, because I decided to start being vegetarian as well. I know that it will change my diet and I may need meat durning my eating practice, but I'm very determined and I hope that more animals will live because of me ;). You can find 4 types of vegetarian diets.


  • Lacto-vegetarian- exclude meat, fish, poultry and eggs ( as well as food that contain them), but products such as milk, yogurt etc. are included ;)
  • Lact-ovo-vegetarian - exclude meat, fish and poultry, but you can eat eggs.
  • Ovo-vegetarian- exclude meat fish, diary products, seafood, poultry, but you can eat eggs.
  • Vegan- exclude-  meat, fish, eggs, poultry, diary products and all food which contain them.

There are a lot of healthy advantages of being vegetarian. It is proved that people may find a lot of dangerous substances in meat( pesticides). GMO overcomes the world and this is not good for your health and mood. Fat is unhealthy, meat can be difficult to digest so think about it, because you have only one life and you should make wise decisions. 

 Vegetarians enjoy a diet of grains, nuts, seeds, etc.
A vegetarian diet my be especially beneficial for overweight individuals or for people with diabetes or high blood pressure.

Think about changes and feel better, this idea is really amazing ;)

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Hi ;)! My post today will be about  beauty products, which are wonderful in my opinion ;)
 Let's start with lipsticks. I love them ! They are extraordinary and look surprisingly good on your lips. What is important, you don't have to buy very expensive lipsticks to feel amaznig. My favourite one is Golden Rose Velvet Matte Lipstick. It  creates matte velvety finish and is highly pigmented. When you use this lipstick , you will attract attention everywhere! ;D! My favourite colour is "07". It looks like that
 

I love powders and blushers. They complete your look and hide your imperfections. That's why when you use this stuff, you can feel more confident ;). My favourite pressed powder is RIMMEL " Stay Matte". It has got natural minerals and shine control. I love it! My skin looks wonderful when I use it. 
 

I like when blushers are long lasting and highly pigmented available in a variety of finishes. Girls look amazing and sweet when they use blushers. All women should find the best colour for them, because it depends on their skin and preferences. I love blushers from Bourjois, they are my favourites.
 
When you are looking for the best mascara, you can try all products from Rimmel. They have a lot of  different types of mascara. You can find "extra 3d", " supercurler","waterproof", "superspeed"  etc. My favourite one is "Rimmel London Scandal Eyes" and it look just like that

ROME

 I'd like to tell you a little bit about my holidays in Rome. I love travelling, visiting places, which have a wonderful history, that's why Rome was like a dream for me. I was there  with my friend ( sister basically) 2 months ago. It was an amazing time. We have seen a lot of monuments and met extraordinary people, who teached us how to live in a different way. I was so impresed when I saw Colosseum. I felt like an ant in the middle of these place. I'm in love with the Pantheon, the Fountain Di Trevi and Vatican City as well.  I took part in the audition and I saw The Pope. He was standing in front of me. I was crying, because it was the biggest experience in my whole life. He is very important for me, that's why I was very delighted when I saw him. People who were travelling with us, were so funny and wonderul at the same time. They were telling us abut their experiences and they were taking a lot of pictures with us. We ate a lot of italian food. Pizza smells, tastes and looks better in Italy than in Poland, I'm sure of that ;D. Italian spaghetti was delicious! I still can  feel it in my mouth. I think that people in Rome are very talkative and funny. They are gesticulating all the time. It was a little bit strange for me but after 4 days I  got used to it. I'm sure that I will come back
there, because I'd like to see the whole Rome. I know that it will take me a lot  of days, but these city is worth to be visiting every year. I'm going to show you some pictures which I made in Italy. Enjoy ;)


 

Welcome again!

 
My post today will be about changes. They are wonderful. I think that changes help people with their difficulties and problems.It is important to recognise them so that we can act and react to whatever we are facing. I can't imigaine my life without them. Changes gave me a lot of possibilities and they opened new horizones in front of me. In my opinion people who are crazy enough to change the world can change everything in a minute. It's not simple I know, sometimes you may regret your decisions, but this is beautiful. The jewel in the crwon.;)  Everybody has one life, so don't make it simple. Simple life is pathetic actually. First of all don't look behind and listen to you heart. If you will do everything like your friends or family want you won't be happy. You shuld make your dreams come true. If you like travelling, just do it! You should develop yourself as well. I did it and I'm still doing it, that's why I'm cheerful all the time. I did a small list of  places where I want to be and I'm so excited that I will vist them in my nearest future. Remeber that you can't live your memories. Start a new chapter in your life and make it better than last one. Don't fall, you may do everything if you believe in it.

France

My post today will be the last one. That's why I'm not going to write about life-changing. Today I want to write you something about France, country which is very close to my heart. I'm studying this language now and I think that I made a wonderful decision. Unfortunately I was there only one but  I spend 2 weeks in this extraordinary country and it was the love for the first sight. What I love the most is the Eiffel Tower. I was very impressed when I saw it at first and when I was on the top. I saw the world, which had a completely another shape. People looked like a small ants and it was very funny.:) This country is like a dream for me , because a lot of fashions houses were born there. I saw women who were wearing bags and shoes from the best designers ever!  I love clothes and when I see women and men who have suitable clothes  which have very, very good quality I'm like in heaven. This language has a lot of strange and funny ways to learn. For example counting. When you want to count you will find a lot of troubles. The number 70 - ( soixante-dix) is the part of the number 60- ( soixante), because you need to add 10 to SOIXANTE and create another number. It sounds strange, don't you think? The same with the number 80 and 90, but  you will be very confused, so I'm not going to continue it. People in this country can live their life and this is amazing. They are happy even if they have a lot of problems. Unfortunately you can see a huge amount of disproportions in France. I saw a lot of rich people and poor as well. But I think that you may see it in Poland, England and everywhere in the world as well. That's why if you still haven't got any plans for the holiday, well.. go to France. You may see a lot of wonderful places, buildings, people and even if you are not a " tourist-person"  you can find something only for you. I'm going to write you some words, which will be very helpful for you when you will be there.

"Selfie"

Selfie, this is now one of the most dangerous problem, which involves young girls and boys as well. They are making a lot of pictures and they are trying to delete their natural look. If somebody has got a big distance to yourself, it is not a big problem, but still. I'm writing about this, because I like making pictures and putting  them on the Instagram. I would like to stop it, because a lot of pictures may cause a big problem. May  we call it addiction? of course we may. Our world has got a lot of "bad" people, who want to use innocence girls and use their pictures. That's why I think that parents should pay attention on what their children are doing on the internet because they may be abused, raped  and badly hurt. A lot of girls are not feeling well with their natural  look and they pretend somebody who they are not. I think that the reason may be inside our mind .  We want to find somebody who will love us just the way we are. Well,  girls and boys, you don't have to change yourself and your pictures to be loved. You are wonderful and believe in it. Think about you future boyfriend/girlfriend, if she or he will see your picture and then your natural look when you will see each other face to face. He ma be very shocked.don't yo think? It's not a good way to feel better. Instead of it do something for your own shape, your health. Start doing exercises, eat healthier, take care of yourself. It's better , believe me ;) Change your future and be a better person but stop to pretend somebody who you are not. I want to give you my favorite sentence of Carrie Bradshaw- 'Don't forget to fall in love with yourself first". Don't forget please!

Friends.

For me friends are the most important people in my life. They are like a water on the desert. In my opinion everybody should have them. For me the most important person in my life is Marcysia, my friend , who knows me sometimes even better than my own  boyfriend. She is strongly interested in beauty products and she is very good at it! When I see picture with her masterpiece I sometimes can believe how people may be as talented as she is. She is studying Italian and I hope that she will realize everything what she wants with all her heart.  We have a lot of strange days and sometimes we don't want to talk to each other, but we can be sure that when something bad will happen to us, we can talk about everything. She helped me when I had a lot of problems and she didn't ask me about causes. She just did it. She isn't jealous as a lot of my buddies and I'm not jealous about her as well.  When she achieved something I'm enormous delighted, because I know that she deserved on it. Her life isn't simple as well. She had a lot of bad days and has even now, but I love, that she can stand up and think positive. Her attitude is amazing. I'm very happy that I have her in my life, because I know, that I can be who I am when I spend time with her. My other friends are amazing as well. During my studies I met people, who showed me how to live another- better. They have such a wonderful  hearts. For me all of my friends are like my family and I think that life without them is so empty. When you want to drink beers or when you want to just talk, they are for you- they should be. Don't spend time alone, is very sad. Life without people is in my opinion is pathetic. They charge your heart with all good vibrations.

Drink more water!

Hi!!

My post today will be about water- the most important drink in our life. A lot of people in the poorest countries have lack of it. Water is the precious thing, unfortunately people very often don't appreciate it. We can't save water, because we don't realize that it may end up one day. Water is very important for our health. Without it our organism can't work. It contains a lot of microelemnts and help us to funtion. Even if you want to loose on weight, you can't do it without water. Today I want to give you some examples and benefits of water. Let's drink it!





  1. Promotes weight loss- raises your metabolism and has zero calories, reduces hunger and eating intake
  2. Increases energy - when your brain has got a lot of water ( the amount of water for each person is very individual) you will focus and concentrate better and you will be more alert
  3. Improves skin complexion- keeps it fresh, soft, glowing
  4. Puts you in a good mood- since your brain is mostly water, you will feel better and you will laugh more


If you haven't got the best  plan and you still wonder, when you should drink it I want to give you some rules, which I practice. The correct time its effectiveness on the human body.

Don't give up

Today I want to tell you a short story about my friend who was very sick. He was born as a boy without arm. He is not usual. I met him in the shop. He was buying fruits and after few minutes he  smiled to me. I was shocked because I have never met as happy person as he was that time. I did not pay attention on his arm but I thought  " What a handsome man". I was surprised because he waited for me near the shop and asked me for a walk. He said to me that he would like to go for a cup of coffee. I said " yes" and we went. In the restaurant he showed me that he hasn't got the arm. It wasn't a problem for him and it was strange  because he is a personal trainer and he works with people who want to loose on weight. We were meeting very often. I saw that something is not good with his health. I asked him to go to the doctor. After one year he got a diagnosis and it was a cancer. He said to me " I haven't got a lot of time and I want to change something in my life, you are my only true friend, could you help me?". I said " yes, I love you, you are like my brother" and I helped him. He wanted to meet with others and tell them that this is very important to start think about positives and to smile all the time. He gave him a lot of hopes and they loved him. They were very delighted. He fought with his cancer 2 years and you know what? he won. It was the best thing for me, because Tomek, my lovely friend is not sick any more. He is now in the USA and works as a psychologist. We are still in touch and he is the most important person in my life.

Homemade ice creams.

Ice creams don't have to be very sweet or dangerous if you want to have your size smaller.Homemade ice creams are easier than you ever imagined. They are low in sugar and calories.  When  I was on a diet and when I was seeing my friends who were eating a lot of tasty ice creams from all kind of shops I was feeling very jealous. One day I decided to make something tasty and healthy at the same time. I stared to make my own ice creams. I had bad recipes and good as well. Today I want to show you 2 homemade recipes which are the most delicious in my opinion. They are simple and tasty. Everything what you need to feel and look healthy. Well.. enjoy!

1. Lemon- buttermilk ice cream

Combine fresh lemon juice with sugar adds just enough citrus flavor without making the dessert too tart. Use fat- free buttermilk mixed with whole milk to get a creamy mixture. You need to freeze it and wait an hour till your dessert will be ready. It's a simple thing which can make you happy!





2. Banana ice cream

What you need to have is 1 small banana ( peeled, sliced and frozen). Add 3 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts on the top. This is a small portion for 1 person. If you want to share it with friends you need to buy more bananas ;). What you need to have is 5 minutes for preparing.



In my opinion eating and preparing food in our own house is better. Not only because we can make something which will be low in calories. I think that  time spending in our own space is better for our health. We can feel free and do what we want to do . I have read that food at home tastes better. Why? It's simple. We are next to the objects and people who are very important for us.
 Everything makes us happier people.

Healthy Carrot Cake

Welcome again! 

This post will be very short because I'm making now.. the most delicious cake ( for those who don't want to put on weight it's important- DIET CAKE ) for my friends and they will be there in a minute. Have you ever heard about carrot cake? I know that most of you visualize  this cake AS SOMETHING not tasty... well, it's not true. Girl, if you don't want to put on weight but you love eating cakes and sweets, you must do this cake. I want to give you the recipe and make your life better. Let's try it! 

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- about 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 packed brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-  1/2 low-fat buttermilk
- cooking spray

FROSTING: 

- 6 ounces cream cheese 
- 1 ounce fromage blanc
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-  1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cups chopped pecans toasted

PREPARATION: 
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. To prepare cake, combine flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add 2 cups grated carrot.

3. Place granulated sugar , brown sugar, and 6 tablespoons butter in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add  flour mixture and buttermilk. Spread butter into a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 28 minutes.

4 To prepare frosting, place softened cream cheese and next 4 ingredients ( through 1/8 teaspoon salt) in a medium bowl.Beat with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at medium speed until combined ( don't overbeat). Spread frosting evenly over top of cake. Sprinkle evenly with toasted pecans.

Homemade Facial Masks.

My post today will be for all of the girls who take care of their face and who don't want to use chemical facial masks. I want to give you some ideas which I use very often at home. Both my skin and my face look very naturally and clean. You can find natural facial masks in the shop as well, but they are more expensive. For facial masks which I use, you don't have to spend too much money and buy an amazing dress instead of it.


  1. MILK FACIAL MASK
Make a mask by mixing 1/5 cup powdered milk with water to form a paste. Thoroughly coat your face with the mixture, let dry completely, then rinse with warm water. That's all what you should do. It will cost less than you can even imagine. Your face after that will look amazing, you will be surprised!

 

2. LEMON FACIAL MASK

This is in my opinion the simplest mask ever. What you need to do is mixing the juice from 1 lemon with 1/4 cup olive oil or sweet almond olive. Your face will be extremely fresh. 


3. BANANA FACIAL MASK

Mash up a medium sized ripe banana into a smooth paste and apply it on your face and neck as well. Let it set for 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. You can change your mask a little bit and add 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 medium banana. Well it's up to you, but not forget to leave it for 20 minutes. 
 

4. VINEGAR FACIAL MASK

At first what you need to do is clean your face very precisely. After that mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with 1,5 cups water and put on your face for a while ( 10 minutes). Another option is mixing 1/4 cup cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water. It's again up to you

Apples everywhere!

Hi friends!

I want to give you 3 extraordinary ideas which include  apples. Apple is one of my favourite fruit ever!. I can eat even 12 a day. It makes me happy, I feel very healthy and pretty too ;)! So... read my post and make Halloween snacks, party bites and more from a healthy food ( the most important is... think that you won't put on weight!).


  • Have you ever wanted to make something scary for your friends but you didn't have any ideas?  I want to show you how in a very simple way make my favourite  " scary apples"( the most important is you need to like peanut butter).. let's go ;)!

SCARY APPLES MOUTHS:

Quarter and core a red apple, brush wit lemon juice. Cut out a wedge from the skin side from each piece so it looks like a mouth. Fill wit peanut butter , then insert sliced almonds for " teeth"

 


BAKED APPLES CHIPS 

( this is my lovely recipes).

All you need is 2 big apples cored and thinly sliced. You can add cinnamon to taste if you like as well.
-preheat oven to 275 degrees.
-line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the pieces of sliced apple on top
- sprinkle with cinnamon to taste (if you like)
- bake at 275 degrees for two hours
- After 60 minutes turn them over , so they bake evenly

You should check on them after 60 minutes and every 30 minutes after that because oven cook times vary and you don't want to burn them. Once they look crispy and nice , remove them from the oven and wait till they will be cold. 


APPLE BUTTER

cook 1/2 cup sugar in a large skillet until deep amber. Add 4 cups Applesauce and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally until reduced by half, about 30 minutes.

Diet ambrosia!

Have you ever heard about cookies without sugar, milk, egs  and flour? No? oo.. my darling you need to read this post as fast as you can and try it! ( These cookies are wonderful for your breakfast)

                                       HEALTHY COOKIES

Ingredients: 


  • 2 large, very ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pitted, chopped dried dates 
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts( hazelnuts or pecans)
  • Grated nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line cookies sheets with no spray with no-stick cooking spray.

Peel the bananas and mash their flesh in a medium mixing bowl. The bananas should be essentially liquid. Stir in the vanilla, if using. Add the oats and stir them in. Stir in the salt, dates, and nuts.
 If desired, sprinkle the top lightly with nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges just begin to crisp up.

Place the baking pan on a rack to cool. When the pan is mostly cool, cut into bars and enjoy with a glass of milk or tea.

Store leftover bars at room temperature. They will keep for about 5 days.

We can! Get active.

Hi again! 

Today I sat on my sofa and I said " O.. such a boring day, what should I do? should I stay at home? should I work.., study? what about working out?.. not today , I will go to sleep ". After 20 minutes I realised that it was stupid!  Do you know that physical activity helps improve you overall health and reduces risk for many diseases? Girls don't be as lazy as I was today and move your "a..";)! Do you want to feel amazing ? Don't say there is still time or maybe next time ..  because  tomorrow might not come. I'm not saying that you are not amazing if you are lazy, because every girl needs it. I'm saying that if you want to change something don't say " I will do it tomorrow". I want to give you some special activities which you can do at home with no equipment.
       

COMPLETE 3 SETS

  2. 10 PUSH UPS
  3. 10 SQUAT JUMPS
  4. 10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
  5. 10x 10 s WALL SIT

You don't have to do all these exercices, you can do only half of them. The most important thing is being compulsory.

Become a happier person!

HI GIRLS! 

According to Richelle E. Goodrich  ' Happiness is a simple game of lost and found: Lose the things you take for granted, and you will feel grat heppiness once they are found'
If you ever wanted to feel better, be more loved, look in the mirror and see happy face, well.. this blog is for you ;)! I want to prove you that you are wonderful just the way you are. At first I'm going to give you 4 steps to becoming a happier person. This day is only for you, so forget about you problems and do something only for yourself. It depend's on girls. You can drink your favourite drink with friends, go shopping or visit places where you have never been. Make a list and put it in a visible place. Everyday add 1 thing which maked, that you have smilled. You can also make a 'jar of happiness'. You will see at the end,  how many great things you did durning a year;)  
 


 4 steps to become a happier person:


  • Try your best to smile 
Your smile makes that another people want to smile as well! Try to give others the best possibility to change thier life.


  • Spend your money on others.  
Do you know that even a small bar of chocolate which you gave your friends, may give you more joy? Try to add to your list one thing which you will share with others.You’d be surprised how many things you can resolve in life with just that one smile.

  • Learn to accept failures.  


 This is neither the first time things aren’t turning out as planned nor is it the last one. The key is to get over it and move on.



  • Make sure you're living in the moment .
You don’t always need a plan. It is better fine to live one day at a time, as long as you’re existing
